Who we are
Doin Tella (“Doin Tella”, “we”, “us”) is an iPhone app for keeping your allergies and preferences in one place and sharing them by QR code. It is built by Asad and published by Nova Sphere d.o.o. Kragujevac, Svetozara Markovića 71, stan 22, 34000 Kragujevac (registered office) and Milovana Gušića 23, 34000 Kragujevac (office), Serbia, which is responsible for this policy.
This policy covers the Doin Tella app, its App Clip and this website (together, the “Service”). For any privacy question, email info@novasphere.rs.
The short version
- Your list stays on your iPhone. We never receive your folders, items, name, stickers or settings.
- No account, no server, no database. Doin Tella has no sign-in and no servers of its own.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking. The app and the App Clip contain no advertising, analytics or tracking code.
- You decide what is shared. A QR code, a message or a PDF contains only the folders you chose, and goes only to the people you show or send it to.
- You are in control. Edit or delete anything, erase everything in Settings, or delete the app.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal data or usage data through the app or the App Clip. We cannot see your list, and we have no way to. On the App Store, Doin Tella's privacy label says “Data Not Collected”.
What stays on your iPhone
Everything you create in Doin Tella is stored only on your device, in the app's private storage:
- Your folders and the items in them, including allergies, health notes, food, room and travel preferences.
- The name you choose to show on your card, if any.
- Folder emojis and the photo stickers you make, with where you placed them.
- Your choices for each audience (hotel, restaurant, driver, doctor), and your settings such as theme and haptics.
If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, this data may be included in that backup, which is handled by Apple and you, not by us.
The App Clip
When someone scans your code with the iPhone camera, iOS opens the Doin Tella App Clip, a small part of the app that needs no install. The App Clip reads your items from the link and shows them. It sends nothing anywhere and keeps nothing after it is closed, apart from what iOS keeps so the card can reopen from the App Switcher while the App Clip is still on that iPhone. iOS removes App Clips and their data on its own when they are no longer used.
The link uses Apple's App Clip address (appclip.apple.com). To open an App Clip, the scanning iPhone may contact Apple's servers with that link, so Apple's systems may process it under Apple's privacy policy. We never receive it. If the person has Doin Tella installed, the code opens in their app instead, and nothing is saved there either.
Camera and stickers
Doin Tella uses the camera only when you add a photo sticker to a folder. The photo is turned into a stamp-shaped sticker and saved in the app's private storage on your iPhone. It is never uploaded or shared, and it is not added to your photo library. iOS asks for your permission first; you can turn camera access off at any time in Settings > Doin Tella.
Locking the app
Doin Tella has no lock of its own and does not use Face ID. You can lock it with iPhone's built-in Require Face ID (iOS 18 or later). iOS handles that lock entirely; Doin Tella never sees your face, fingerprint or passcode.
Allergies and health details
Allergies and health notes are sensitive. They stay on your iPhone and are only shared when you share them. We never receive, analyse or use them. Think about who can see a code before you show it, and keep your iPhone locked.
Apple and the App Store
You download Doin Tella from Apple's App Store. Apple may collect information about downloads, crashes and app usage under its own privacy policy and your settings, for example if you choose to share analytics with app developers. If you do, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us. We use them only to fix problems and improve the app.
If you write a review, it goes to Apple and the App Store; Doin Tella does not receive or store it. See Apple's privacy policy for details.
This website
This website has no sign-in, no cookies, no analytics and no ads. Like any website, the hosting provider that delivers its pages may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, to run the site and keep it secure. We do not use these logs to identify you. A small note in your browser's session storage remembers that the review prompt was shown, and is cleared when you close the tab.
Service providers
Doin Tella contains no advertising networks, analytics tools or tracking code, and uses no servers of its own. This website is delivered by a hosting provider, under contract, only to serve its pages.
Links in the app, such as this policy, the App Store or iasad.site, open in Safari or the app they belong to. Anything that happens there is covered by that website's or app's own policy.
Keeping it safe
Your data never leaves your iPhone through Doin Tella unless you share it, so it is protected by your device's own security, including your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID and Apple's data protection. For an extra layer, lock the app with iPhone's Require Face ID.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on your iPhone until you delete it. You can:
- Swipe left on an item to delete it.
- Delete a folder from its ••• menu (Delete category). Its stickers are deleted too.
- Remove a sticker in Folder stickers.
- Erase everything in Doin Tella > Settings > Erase all data.
- Delete the app to remove everything from your iPhone.
We hold no copy, so we cannot recover anything you delete.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the GDPR give you rights to access, correct, delete, move or object to the use of your personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority. We hold no personal data about you through Doin Tella; everything is on your iPhone, where you can see, change and delete it. For any request, email info@novasphere.rs. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Doin Tella is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone. A parent or guardian can keep a child's allergies in the app and share them with a school, a babysitter or a restaurant.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change ever affects how data is handled, we will explain it here before it takes effect.
