By downloading or using Doin Tella or its App Clip, or using this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who we are
Doin Tella is built by Asad and published by Nova Sphere d.o.o. Kragujevac, Svetozara Markovića 71, stan 22, 34000 Kragujevac (registered office) and Milovana Gušića 23, 34000 Kragujevac (office), Serbia (“we”, “us”).
What Doin Tella does
Doin Tella is an iPhone app for keeping your allergies and preferences, such as food, room and travel, in one private list, and sharing them. You can show the list on your screen, send it as text or a PDF, or share it as a QR code that opens a card in an App Clip on the other person's iPhone, with nothing to install.
Free to use
Doin Tella is free, with every feature included. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Allergies and safety
Doin Tella is a way to share information you write yourself. It is not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice.
- You are responsible for what you write and for keeping it correct and up to date.
- For a serious allergy or health condition, always tell the people serving or caring for you out loud as well. Do not rely on the app alone.
- A long list may not fit in one QR code. The app tells you what was left out and offers two codes, Show or Send instead. Check that the card you share is complete.
- We have no control over how a hotel, restaurant, driver, doctor or anyone else reads or acts on what you share, and we are not responsible for it.
Your licence to use Doin Tella
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Doin Tella on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
Apple's terms
Doin Tella is distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, Apple's agreement wins for the app.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it.
Your list and data
Your folders, items, stickers and settings are stored only on your iPhone, and you are responsible for them. Because we have no copy, we cannot recover anything you delete, or anything lost if you delete the app or lose your device. Back up your iPhone if you want to keep your data. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.
Rules of use
- Use the Service lawfully.
- Do not use it to share content that is false, harmful or not yours to share.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the Service or this website.
- Do not use the Doin Tella name, logo or content to suggest we endorse you or your product.
iOS features and limits
Doin Tella relies on iOS features such as App Clips, the camera and the share sheet. Apple controls how these work and may change them. For example, App Clips need iOS 16.4 or later, iOS decides when an App Clip card appears and when App Clips are removed, and some features need permissions you can turn off. We cannot guarantee a feature will behave the same on every device, network or iOS version.
Our content
The Doin Tella name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the Service as described here.
No guarantees
We work to keep Doin Tella reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free, always available, or that every phone will scan or open a code.
Limits of our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or decisions you or anyone else makes based on information shared through the Service, including any reaction or harm from food, products or care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop using Doin Tella at any time by deleting the app. We may change, suspend or stop offering the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Kragujevac, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
